Whenever you enter a room, especially a dark one, the first thing that comes in mind is to switch on the light and expect the bulb to give light. If there is power( electricity), the bulb is expected to give light.
1 Corinthians:2.12 We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
You have received the spirit of God and when His spirit is poured on you, the power of God also rest on you(Acts 1:8). The spirit gives power, power to do what you’ve been called to do. You carry the power to give light to many; to show people the way, truth and life and even to help others in every way possible that pertains to life. Unfortunately, like a dead bulb, most of us aren’t manifesting the power of God. We carry solutions to problems yet seek for solutions else where.
Ephesians:2.10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
God has deposited in us great things that produces good works but we refuse to light up and manifest the good works placed in us. Light up!! Pour out yourself into others, the world needs what is in you. When a bulb can’t give light, it is replaced. You have the ability to give light so light up( Mathew 5:14-16). Don’t be scared of what people may say or think about you, most people don’t know what is in you and how it can bless them. The world needs what you carry and untill you birth it, we will be lacking, thirsty and hungry. Do not deny God’s people the saving help they need. God is counting on you!
One response to “WHEN THE BULB CAN’T GIVE LIGHT.”
We are the light of the world…and so we must emit and glow to continue shining forth daily…
