Sometimes, just sometimes we forget that God has his own plans too. Just like we make plans to go to school, travel etc. God also has His plans too.
He has plans for his creation and as part of his creation he has His own plans for us just as we have for ourselves.
Whether you involve God in your plans or not He has His own for you because he is your maker.
So when things don’t go as you plan, know that your maker, God has his own plans too. It isn’t only about your plans. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says give thanks to God in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. If you are in Christ Jesus, sometimes things don’t just work out as you planned. Sometimes or even most times, things happen as God would have it.
We may never understand his plans. It sometimes don’t make sense because sometimes his plans may require that you endure hard times. His plans may require you to let go things you soo want. His plans may seem like a punishment, rejection and a disappointment but really they are meant to prosper us and not harm us.
So when things never seem to be working and everything else is failing please don’t forget that God has plans too!
