We just turned 3 and it made me reflect on our journey so far. As a growing ministry, we have learnt to take up some responsibilities upon ourselves to make sure we actually get all we need to grow and not just that, but to also make impact and fulfill the purpose of our existence. After reflecting on our journey as a 3 year old baby, I learnt a few things and would like to share one. That is;
Growth comes with responsibilities.
When a child is growing, certain things are expected of the child. The child is expected to crawl, stand, walk and do other things. These are expected of the child, even though they may not be responsibilities in literal sense. If the child isn’t able to do them, we can say the child has issues with growth.
Then again, growth sometimes goes beyond numbers, age and quantity. It also involves quality and this can only happen when responsibilities are met.
know that as you grow, you would be expected to take up the needed responsibilities, more would be expected of you. Your ability to meet up with these expectations brings about growth.
Growth itself is demanding and it would only take a responsible approach to make an impact.
Always remember that, ” growth comes with responsibilities “.
