A new dawn signifies an end to an era and the beginning of a new era. An era of new opportunities and possibilities. In our previous post strive to live the valued life we indicated that God works in time and seasons in a person’s life time. However, you must know that God is not constraint by time and seasons, yet for the purpose of accountability and evaluation of oneself, He allows charting the course of time to map the flow of human history. For this reason the psalmist wrote in Psalm 90:12; teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
This new dawn of yours resonates a fresh start, a chance to shed the baggage of the past and embrace new possibilities. It whispers of hope reborn, dreams rekindled, and spirits uplifted. Imagine waking up with a heart ablaze with passion for a long-neglected dream. This new dawn grants you the courageto dust off those blueprints, reimagine the possibilities, and take the first brave step towards realizing them.
In other to capitalize on the possibilities that comes with the new dawn you need to be intentional and dwell on these things
· Make the Vision Clear: Your vision is the force that drives your ability. God has deposited into you all the strength and ability to accomplish all that you can set your mind on. However, it will take clear vision to drive your ability to accomplish what you have set your mind on. I like the way the Message bible presents 2 Corinthians 8:10-11
So here’s what I think: The best thing you can do right now is to finish what you started last year and not let those good intentions grow stale. Your heart’s been in the right place all along. You’ve got what it takes to finish it up, so go to it. Once the commitment is clear, you do what you can, not what you can’t. The heart regulates the hands. 2 Corinthians 8:10-11(MSG)
· Renewed Spirit: I’ll give you a new heart, put a new spirit in you. I’ll remove the stone heart from your body and replace it with a heart that’s God-willed, not self-willed. I’ll put my Spirit in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands. In this new era, one thing that you must put in check is a renewed can-do spirit. The kind of spirit that is able to withstand all life circumstance and urge you to forge on.in this new dawn era. You need a spirit that will not take you back to your past and that spirit can only come from Jesus Christ the alter and finisher of your faith. This is the kind of spirit David asked from God when he sinned against Him, a steadfast spirit.
· Diligence: Seest thou a man diligent in his work? He shall stand before kings; He shall not stand before mean men.
Diligence as one of seven virtues describes thoroughness, completeness, and persistence of an action, particularly in matters of faith. It can also be defined the quality of being hard-working, dedicated, and persistent in pursuing your goals. It means putting in the time and effort needed to get things done, even when they are challenging. Simply put, you must be more intentional in this new era, you must be diligent in your line of duty, diligent to your vision, diligent to serving God and diligent to living the valued life.
Make this new year God has given to you count. He has given you all it takes, He has said, He will never live you nor forsake you, trust in Him to provide for He is a faithful God. God Bless You.
