4 THINGS THE DEVIL DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW AS A BELIEVER

The cunning nature of the devil makes it worthwhile for every believer/Christian to know how he (the devil) operates. Ignorance of his devices may cause him to gain advantage over you. You are going to do exploits and shake the world with so much greatness if you walk in the consciousness of these four truths that the devil doesn’t want you to know.

1. You are forgiven of your sins.

The Bible says while we were yet sinners Christ came to die for us. So the moment you repent, confess your sins, and receive Christ, you are forgiven of your past sins, mistakes, and even those sins you find difficult to forgive yourself over. Why? Because the blood Jesus Christ speaks better things than the blood of Abel. You are a new creation!

2. His main weapon is fear

The enemy uses fear, intimidation and anxiety as his main weapon to twist his way into our lives. Any time you experience fear in any area of your life, the only source is the devil. Fear puts you into bondage. It makes you to loose focus on God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of Love, and of sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7)

3. He is afraid of you

The devil always attacks you first because of fear. He attacks our finances, marriages/relationships, ministry, family, etc, because he knows the power of God inside you, and that you are going to subdue him if he allows you gain mastery over it. God has given us many wonderful treasures for us to carry to the world, and the devil fights us so hard to shut it down out of fear. The devil is afraid of what God has made you!

4. He can not hear your thoughts

The enemy cannot hear your thoughts, except that which you confess or say with your tongue. So what he does is that, he plants imaginations and suggestions into your mind, and when you are overwhelmed by them, you begin to speak it. It is then that he attacks you. It is only the spirit of God that can search and understand your thoughts (Psalm 139: 23)
